Control Anger***

Anger is more Harmful than Hunger

Once upon a time there was a boy who had a temper. His father gave him a bag of pins and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a pin into the back of the garden. The first day the boy had driven eighty pins into the garden. Over the next few weeks as he learned to control his anger the number of pins hammered gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive pins into the garden.

Finally the day came when he did not lose his temper. He told his father how he has controlled his anger and his father suggested him now pull out one pin for each day that he was able to hold his anger. The days passed and the boy told his father that all the pins were gone.  The father took the boy holding his hand and led him to the garden. He said look at the holes in the garden. The hole of the garden will never be the same.

When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like the pins on the garden. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won’t matter how many times you say I am sorry, the wound is still there. Wound may abolish from his body, but it leaves indelible mark in his heart.

A verbal wound is as bad as a physical one. Our friends, family, relatives and love one are very rare, they make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend your ear and always ready to open their hearts to us. Be positive and do positively.
